Delivering intangible services
Carrot plugs are vehicle plugs and are satellite navigation (GPS)-based IOT devices that measure a customer's driving distance in real time. As a device that materializes the intangible services provided by Carrot, Carrot Plug is not just a tool for measuring vehicles, but rather a brand image delivered directly to customers. Through CMF and LED signals tailored to vehicle interior trends, the design focuses on improving negative views as billing devices from a customer's point of view and providing driving feedback to convey a positive image.
캐롯 플러그는 차량용 플러그로서 실시간으로 고객의 주행 거리를 측정하는 위성항법장치(GPS) 기반의 IOT 기기이다. 캐롯이 제공하는 무형의 서비스를 실체화하는 기기로서 캐롯 플러그는 단순히 차량을 측정하는 도구가 아닌 고객에게 직접 전달되는 브랜드 이미지와 같다. 차량 인테리어 트렌드에 맞춘 CMF와 LED 시그널을 통해 고객의 관점에서 과금 기기로서의 부정적인 시각을 개선하고 운전 피드백을 제공하여 긍정적인 이미지를 전달하는 것을 중점으로 디자인했다.
The front logo is designed to become an emergency call button that users can press in an emergency. For this purpose, it is designed with a concave shape so that the user can press it easily and quickly in an emergency situation.
전면부 로고가 곧 긴급 호출 버튼이 되어 사용자가 위급한 상황에 누를 수 있도록 디자인되었다. 이를 위해 오목한 형상으로 디자인하여 사용자가 긴급 상황 시 쉽고 빠르게 누를 수 있다.
As it is a product that is mounted on a vehicle and is used continuously, the latest vehicle interior trend, ambient light, is applied along with transparent material. It provides light signal feedback that induces users' safe driving by measuring not only the operating state but also the driver's real-time driving through LEDs by linking smartphones.
차량에 장착해 지속적으로 사용하는 제품인 만큼 최신의 차량 인테리어 트렌드인 앰비언트 라이트를 투명 소재와 함께 적용하였다. 스마트폰을 연동하여 LED를 통해 작동 상태 뿐만 아니라 운전자의 실시간 운행을 측정하여 사용자의 안전운행을 유도하는 라이트 시그널 피드백을 제공한다.
